This caption is a lipogram

Dictionary.com's word of the day today is "lipogram", which I'd never heard of until today. Apparently, it refers to a written piece that completely omits a particular letter of the alphabet, often the letter "e", which is the commonest letter, in English as well as in most European languages.
As you can imagine, it is not a particularly useful concept, but merely a kind of fun literary challenge. Here is a more detailed  explanation, also written as a lipogram, along with links to others.
